Little Sun is a social enterprise that produces solar powered LED lamps . [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12]

It was founded in 2012 by Olafur Eliasson and engineer artist Frederik Ottesen.

In April 2014 the company received a USD $ 5 million investment from Bloomberg Philanthropies . [13] [14] [15] [16]
